SUMMER 2026 CAMP DATES

Week 1 June 22- June 26

CAMP HOURS

Regular camp hours are 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Extended Care is available from 8:00 - 9:00 AM and 3:30 - 5:00 PM

CAMP AGES

Junior CGI - Rising K - Rising 3rd Grade

Senior CGI - Rising 4th - Rising 6th Grade

CGI Extreme - Rising 7th & 8th Grade (Only offered the first two weeks, June 22- July 3)

CAMP FEES*

Juniors (Preschool - Rising K - 3rd)

$385 per week

$1,440 for all four weeks.

Seniors (Rising 4th - 6th)

$425 per week

$1,600 for all four weeks

Xtreme (Rising 7th & 8th)

$465 per week

All fees include a hot kosher lunch as well as all snacks and drinks. No additional cost for trips and activities.

A $300 non-refundable deposit per child is required to hold your spot. This amount is applied towards your final tuition costs. It is not an additional fee. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Full payment is due by May 7th

After May 7th, Tuition is STRICTLY non-refundable under ALL circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued..

PRECARE AND AFTERCARE

Precare is offered 8:00 - 9:00 AM $15 per day

Aftercare is offered 3:30 - 5:00 PM $20 per day

Pre-registration for extended care is REQUIRED. A google form will be emailed in May so that you can fill out the days that you need and make the payment.

POLICIES

A non-refundable fee of $300 per child is due at time of registration. This amount is applied towards your final tuition cost. It is not an additional charge.
This deposit is divided by the number of weeks registered. If you cancel a week of camp (even before May 7th) you will forfeit $75 per week per child.
Tuition is due in full by May 7th
Tuition is non-refundable (for any reason) after May 7th. No refunds or credits will be issued.
If you change your choice of weeks after registration, you will forfeit $75 per child per week. Please plan carefully.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We understand that many families go through financial difficulties. If you are in need of a scholarship we must have your registration form AND deposit BY FEBRUARY 3rd. Email Rabbi@Jewishballantyne.com and a scholarship form will be emailed to you. This must be filled out in a timely manner. If you decline our scholarship offer before the deadline, we will refund your deposit. Scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis and are only offered to those that register for all four weeks.

PROMOTIONS

EARLY BIRD

Register by February 3rd for $50 off per child. This only applies to children who are registered for all FOUR weeks. (There are no discounts for the Xtreme program)

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Register by February 3rd for 5% off your final tuition cost. This only applies to children who are registered for all FOUR weeks. (There are no discounts for the Xtreme program)

Early bird and sibling discount cannot be combined.
